Tartarus Pro Layout:

01 = Sprint
06 = Ctrl
11 = Alt
16 = Teleport
17 = Mount
18 = Character
19 = Map

for each job, I create a "hotbar" that is basically a monitor for cooldowns/any spell/skill I want to see the status of; I also have a hotbar with Role spells & skills, and, Sprint. These are the spells I have for Dawntrail. I use Hotbars 2 & 10 but you can use any Hotbars you want.

Buttons consistent for similar job actions (Dye = Potion)

A SMN layout that makes sense for my brain and how I play. Single Target on main, AoE on hotbar 2, which I usually switch to by hitting right bumper (R1) and then staying on that hotbar as needed.

RT single target RT -> LT aoe LT lego, swift/raise/lucid LT -> RT rest of the buttons. smn doesn't have many

The job with the least amount of buttons in the game It was extremely difficult to get this symmetrical

Spineshatter Dive = Winged Glide

Dragon Sight = Drakesbane

Not changes for new abilities, but changed to better fit new hotbar layout

Shoha II is gone (finally) which allows all skills to fit on 2 and 2/3 hotbars

Huraijin is gone and replaced with Hide (which is even more useless)
