• Gibbet & Gallows are set like theirs positional, Gibbet is on the side because more dmg from target's flank
• Mark & 1-2-3 are easy acces right hand
• To avoid moving doing positionals after Gluttony, True North is next to it
• The "Question mark" slot is for potion

Reaper Cross Hotbar setup based from Bun Boss FFXIV on Youtube as of Sep 8, 2022 (except expanded XHB which I regularly access).

• WXHB and Extended XHB shared on HB 2 for visible Cds
• AOE rotation separated on HB 3 to replace HB 1 when needed
• standard GCDs on face buttons for movement and OGCDs near GCDs close in the rotation/bursts

Hotbar Setup

Single target on RT, AOE on double RT with D-pad combinations mostly the same for both situations.

2nd most used skills are on LT and double LT with face button combinations

The job with the least amount of buttons in the game It was extremely difficult to get this symmetrical

Spineshatter Dive = Winged Glide

Dragon Sight = Drakesbane

Shoha II is gone (finally) which allows all skills to fit on 2 and 2/3 hotbars

Huraijin is gone and replaced with Hide (which is even more useless)
