Buttons consistent for similar job actions (Dye = Potion)

Gain Searing Flash. (Decouple from Searing Light. Teleport as placeholder.)

No new buttons otherwise.

Aethercharge = Lux Solaris

Used on Mixed Mode.

Tartarus Pro Layout:

01 = Sprint
06 = Ctrl
11 = Alt
16 = Teleport
17 = Mount
18 = Character
19 = Map

RT single target RT -> LT aoe LT lego, swift/raise/lucid LT -> RT rest of the buttons. smn doesn't have many

This layout works for levelling SMN from 1 through Dawntrail

Single-target heals on left, damage and damage buffs on right, buffs in center, and AOE heals on double-right
