Secondary Actions/Buffs/Debuffs found on Hotbars 2 and 3

Keybinds

• HB2: Ctrl + 1-9, 0, -, =
• HB2: Shift + 1-9, 0, -, =

No real changes. Unfortunately.

Make sure to change Double tap L2 to "Cross Hotbar 4 - Left" and Double tap R2 to "Cross Hotbar 4 - Right"
