HB 2 is expanded as well cause double tapping triggers sucks :) HB 3 for aoe and the space to fit single target rotation on 2 htobars

Thought Process

• GCDs on face buttons for easy movement while pressing-
• WXHB and Expanded shared on XHB 2 so can see Expanded cooldowns
• Left trigger, XHB 1 starts opener
  • rear positional on bottom buttons and flank on side
• Right trigger bar is mainly used for filler GCDs and the reawaken part of the burst
• duplicate actions because we have so much space so trying to limit having to swap triggers and help with weaves
• AOE on bar 3 to switch to when needed saves room (not really needed, just a habit from other jobs)
• sprint on L3
• macro on XHB 2 is pot

• WXHB and Extended XHB shared on HB 2 for visible Cds
• AOE rotation separated on HB 3 to replace HB 1 when needed
• standard GCDs on face buttons for movement and OGCDs near GCDs close in the rotation/bursts

• single target on the right
• role actions in the same place as red mage build
• gcds on face buttons for movement because smn doesnt cast
• WXHB and Expanded XHB shared on hotbar 2 so cooldowns visible and dont have to use double tap
• AOE duplicated on XHB 3 because I expected to have to move it from XHB when smn got more abilities :/
  • if you need room just keep whatever is comfier
• Legos in order for titan first opener
• Also, yeah that is just physick. Honestly probably just going to put lux solaris there

Thought Process

• melee and spells separated
• Tried to place ogcds near their rotation/burst gcds (e.g. embolden near melee combo, pot near spells for opener, etc)
• Fleche and C6 duplicated to make drifting harder
• spell relevant actions near spells (e.g. lucid, instants)
• macro icon is placeholder for pots
• Expanded XHB on HB 2 shared with WXHB to see cooldowns, use whichever you feel comfortable using. I just think double tapping is annoying :)

Finally

Basic DPS rotation with movement skills, a flowchart, and visualized cooldowns. Bars four, five, and six are in the center of my screen so I can easily see cooldowns as well as visualize the flowchart of the typical Dragoon DPS rotation.

• Clockwise from True Thrust & Potion, hit R2 ⭘🗙⬜︎🛆 in order, double-weaving the R2→L2 ✜ and R2 ✜ abilities after each.
• After R2 🛆, switch hotbars (R1) and loop R2 🛆⭘🗙⬜︎🛆.
• Double-weave evolved R2 ✜ abilities as they become available.
• Weave Wyrmwind Thrust after each second Raiden Thrust; this may be delayed up to Drakesbane to fit nearby buff windows.
• Continue to use Life Surge on Heaven's Thrust or Drakesbane, checking charges at each High Jump to prevent overcapping.
• Continue to weave all other OGCD's every 30/60/120 seconds, as indicated by their cooldowns.

Modified Opener: These bars pair abilities on R2 ✜ by their cooldown durations, to allow easy double-weaving and identification of when they should be pressed.

I use a mmo gaming mouse from razer called the Naga, the 3x4 grid is the exact layout as my mouse buttons. Hot bar 2 goes like this from left to right, top to bottom: 1, 2, 3, 4, Q, E, R, T, 5, -, =. The - and = are left and right on my mouse wheel, 5 is reserved for long cooldowns. Hot bar 3 is the same as 2 but with shift being held. The empty item between Piercing Talon and Battle Litany is a health Pot.

this is good. it makes a lot of sense and feeds into the combos. may need to revise it post dawntrail but we'll see what dawntrail brings.

NOTE: The "Stance" key there is for you to replace with your Draught of Strength since I couldn't find the item on this tool.

1 is normally mapped 2 is usually Ctrl + {Number} 3 is usually Shift + {Number} 4 is usually Alt + {Number}

With the Dawntrail update, a lot of the dragoon actions have been condensed. Try it out!
