Pictomancer
This one gonna be interesting. It draws inspiration from both Black Mage and Red Mage bars. Sprint is not shown because I keep that on a macro to be activated by pressing in on a control stick.
Dragoon
This takes into account the upcoming removal of Spineshatter, so it is used as a placeholder for the non-damaging gap closer. True Thrust is on both sides to cut down on jumping back and forth, and because I had an open spot for it and splatted it right on there
Viper Minimalist
Exactly as it says on the tin. Sprint is on a macro tied to pressing in the Left Analog Stick across all jobs

Sharpcast will be Flare Star, Sprint is on a macro tying it to pressing in the Left Stick. Fire 1 and 3 are on the AoE crosshotbar to act as emergency movement buttons with the new instant fire paradox and guaranteed Firestarter. Blizzard 1 is on the bar in case of really low level sync

XHB 1 - Single Target Main Actions

I show Cross Hotbar 3 (Left) with both of the expanded trigger controls, so you can easily add in another 8 actions if you prefer, I use XHB 8 as a shared bar between all classes for traversal and general actions outside of combat. Role actions are consistent among my layouts, and so are general actions. The macro icon is a placeholder for a Tincture/Gemdraught.

I created my chotbars to be comfortable, practical, and aesthetic.(to me anyway) Nearly all same/similar skills are in the same position across all jobs/roles while allowing for as little finger gymnastics as possible.
My XHB is split between chotbars 2(left) and 7(right)

HOTBAR LAYOUT/DESIGN LOGIC:
7.0 XHB\WXHB Crossbars
Main XHB is split up with Directional buttons on LT and Face buttons on RT. WXHB has all the important buttons that you will press on the RT this includes you pot, with healing skills/healing potions on the LT. the Expanded XHB has same skills on both configs and has your AOE skills and de-buff skills plus Limit break.
This setup has a smooth layout that make pressing all your buttons with little stress and with great flow. For 7.0 you can see Zanshin replaces Ikishoten after using it so you don't have to change the layout to accommodate the new skill. And since Shoha and Shoha II are one button it also frees up a place to add either a role action skill or something else.
