Optimized for Hori Tactical Assault Commander Keypad using 4x3 cluster of buttons 1-4, 7-10, and 13-16.

Hotbar 2 is accessed using CTRL modifier bound to top side mouse button. Hotbar 3 is accessed using ALT modifier bound to the remaining side mouse button.

Note: Sprint and Limit Break should be on a Shared Hotbar!!!
