Something that works for me and keeps single target and aoe abilities grouped together in a way that flows for my brain

Sharpcast will be Flare Star, Sprint is on a macro tying it to pressing in the Left Stick. Fire 1 and 3 are on the AoE crosshotbar to act as emergency movement buttons with the new instant fire paradox and guaranteed Firestarter. Blizzard 1 is on the bar in case of really low level sync
