Expanded hold controls: XHB-Left for both

Enable WXHB with simultaneous... blah,blah blah
XHB 3-Right for both

Sounds weird, but let me cook!

I also tweaked my HUD to display a Hotbar (horizontal Hotbar 10) with OGCD's. I picked 10 so the new skills wouldn't get auto added and clutter it up.
