This layout is based on the ease of use (for the most part) and grouping of relevant buttons. Overall i try to keep insta casts on the face buttons to enable mobility. 

RT (R) - is for insta spells for movement. also the the placements within the RT group allow for the Crit-Adlo-deploy combo with ease. 

RT (L) - is for the main casts as placing them on the arrows means when you stop for movement you can cast and you not stopping to do an insta cast. 

LT(R) - These are all my Aetherflow spenders

LT(L) - These are my buffs and faerie skill. 

RT,RT (R) -  is for my really used (except Aetherflow) but meaningful ability's (Res is a macro with Swiftcast)

RT, RT (L) - for rarer used skills (or big heal moment in Seraphism)

LT,LT (L&R) - are all utility for gameplay - Hunting log should be the hunting bills that i am doing that week/day and the fish logo is for my food at that time. 

RT,LT (R) is for my DoT and Insta cast Damage attacks single target and AOE. 

RT - LT (L) - IS for my Cast time and utility in Lucid dreaming and Chain strat. 

i have never used the LT - RT group for some reason but i will be looking to utilities this going forward.
