Bar 1 binds are generic, 2 uses [Ctrl]+, 3 uses [Shift]+, 4 uses [Alt]+

Column [8] is also bound to [mouse back button]

Column [9] is also bound to [mouse middle button]

Column [0] is also bound to [mouse thumb button] (extra on mine, normally a dpi switch)

[Mouse fwd] button is used for auto-run; [Alt]+[Mouse fwd] is bound to Alt+[7]

So [Fwd] is auto-run and [Alt+Fwd] is sprint

Only keys [1]-[6] and [=] (way out there on purpose) are used
