I open with Onslaught to start the rotation with single or multiple mobs.  I usually use Tomahawk just to pick up strays on wandering mobs.
For my movement rotation I have my left high-hat setup as my movement, and my single and AOE attacks on my right 4 sets of buttons.  That way I can still attack and move at the same time.
I have also placed Shake It off on my right button so i can gather for a stack attack.
The rest of the Crossbar is just the best place that works for me.
