First version of Azeron layout. Hotbar 3 is center row of buttons, 1 & 2 are upper flick buttons, 4 & 5 are squeeze buttons. 
Actions on the upper halves of hotbars are shift (nub click) + 1-4 (pinky-pointer). Hotbar 4 sides are shift and outer buttons.
