Designed with minimal swapping between 1 and 2. Most GCD on the non-D pad to help with attacking and moving. Hotbar 8 L and R are same so no thinking. Hotbar 1 is Single target while Hotbar 2 is AOE minded. Hotbar 2 has mount + sprint so keep in mind. Dye = Pot for raiders, if not than whatever you want. Enabled customization when weapon is drawn/sheathed Hotbar 1 + 2. Here is my paladin hotbar, it's my main so I hope this helps someone trying to learn it! The inventory button on the third row far right should be replaced with the current potion of strength if you're a sweat :3

Main Bar 1: Single Target Main Bar 2: AOE the middle bar i use for defensives and dash and shield lob and such. Dye: Pots

Sprint and Mount Roulette are macro to L3 and R3 respectively

Lost my saved settings and have to adjust and set up the entire game from scratch. Dimly remember my layout but it'll probably change from here. Also have a normal hotbar for out of focus cooldown overview.

I use macro for quick release Intervention and Shirk to MT example below.

Circle macro is where I put my Strength Potions. Tank 1 macro is an Intervention macro targeting <2> Shirk is also a macro targeting <2> Bread icon is where I put my food. Shield icon near bread icon is Countdown macro. X macro is /cd to cancel countdown macros. Shield Lob is currently unbound, but put it wherever you find comfy.

I have a normal hotbar above my main XHB to show the cooldowns of: Hallowed Ground, Wings, Intervene, Sprint.

I like keeping my bars organized like my hands.

Bar 3 is on the left and bar 1 and 2 are stacked on the right so that they mirror as two full rows.

Hotbar 1 Right: single target filler rotation, buffs, and shield lob. Hotbar 2 Right: AOE rotation, buffs, and shield lob Hotbar 1/2 Left: Mitigations. Self buffs on face buttons, raidwide/targeted on directional.
