Hotbar 1: My healers tend to follow this format, with the exception being Sage of course.

Row 1: Single target, regen, DoT Row 2: The job specific goodies. These are three cards. Row 3: Stronger heal, weak regen (in case of roulette sync), esuna Row 4: Zoomies, weak heal (in case of roulette sync), sprint.

LT > RT Dpad Down is Star macro (/ac "Earthly Star" <t>) LT > RT Top Face button is placeable Star

Healer macro Icon 1,2 & 3 are the new single target cards

Sprint is a macro for the right thumbstick (R3) and is placed in a hidden hotbar

I use an mmo mouse so 1-6 on all bars are pressed on the mouse, uisng shift and ctrl for bar 2 and 3. The latter 6 on all bars are pressed uisng the keyboard and shift/ctrl.

Single-target heals on left, damage and damage buffs on right, buffs in center, and AOE heals on double-right
