I created my chotbars to be comfortable, practical, and aesthetic.(to me anyway) Nearly all same/similar skills are in the same position across all jobs/roles while allowing for as little finger gymnastics as possible.

My XHB is split between chotbars 2(left) and 7(right)

keybinds are
1-5 -------- mouse 4/5
shift 1-5 --------- shift mouse 4/5
ctrl 1-4 ---------- ctr R, ctrl mouse 4/5
qerfg - shift qerfg, Alt mouse 4/5

BLM WXHB with ice and fire rotations on separate sides.

Sharpcast will be Flare Star, Sprint is on a macro tying it to pressing in the Left Stick. Fire 1 and 3 are on the AoE crosshotbar to act as emergency movement buttons with the new instant fire paradox and guaranteed Firestarter. Blizzard 1 is on the bar in case of really low level sync

The hotbar setup I built up after levelling THM into BLM (level 31 at time of creation).
