Right hotbar is mainly damage oriented and commonly used ogcds.

LT > RT Dpad Down is Star macro (/ac "Earthly Star" <t>) LT > RT Top Face button is placeable Star

Healer macro Icon 1,2 & 3 are the new single target cards
